Our physicians operate on an appointment basis. To schedule an appointment, call our office at 336-476-3338 Monday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. If your condition requires immediate medical attention, we will work with you to provide care as soon as possible. In the event of inclement weather, call our office at 336-476-3338 to find out if our office is open.

As a courtesy to all of our patients, call ahead to schedule appointments and arrive on time for your appointment so that we may keep waiting time to a minimum. New patients should arrive at least 30-minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete necessary medical history forms.

Confirmation and Cancellation 
A phone call is received from our appointment reminder system, reminding you of your upcoming appointment. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, call our office 24-hours in advance. Your phone call is critical in helping us provide continuous care to all of our valued patients. If you fail to give us notice of your cancellation, the following policy is applied:

First missed appointment: No charge
Second missed appointment: $25.00 charge
Third missed appointment: $25.00 charge and possible dismissal from Family Foot Health Center
