Take next exit for Elkin
At the end of the ramp, go
left
Drive the equivalent of two city blocks to stop light across from
Lowe's.
Go LEFT at the light for 1/4 mile or so
Turn RIGHT (look for signs
for Hugh Chatham Hospital and follow those)
When you see the hospital
directly in front of you, turn RIGHT into the Medical Park.
The office is one
of the last sections-in the middle-600 Chatham Medical Park
