Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday we are open from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

As a courtesy to all of our patients, call ahead to schedule appointments at 336-765-0020 and arrive on time for your appointment so that we may keep waiting time to a minimum. New patients should arrive at least 15-minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete necessary medical history forms.

Confirmation and Cancellation
A phone call is received from our appointment reminder system, reminding you of your upcoming appointment. If unable to keep your scheduled appointment, call our office 24-hours in advance. Your phone call is critical in helping us provide continuous care to all of our valued patients. If you fail to give us notice of your cancellation, the following policy is applied:

First missed appointment: No charge
Second missed appointment: $25.00 charge
Third missed appointment: $25.00 charge and possible dismissal from Forsyth Endocrine Consultants
