
Patient Services Coordinator III, Full time 7:30a - 4:30p Monday - Friday, with every 7th weekend rotation
LOCATION WILL BE IN WINSTON
SALEM NC
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: check-in,
check-out, locating and pulling charts, filing reports and insurance information
into charts, scheduling appointments, entering complete and accurate patient
demographic and insurance information into the computer, medical records and
other clerical duties as assigned in a busy pediatric practice. Must demonstrate
and practice excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and like
working with the public in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player and
be detail oriented. High school graduate or equivalent. Medical Manager
experience preferred. Must have a clear and professional telephone voice and
excellent communication skills. Requires ability to maintain confidentiality.
Medical Terminology preferred. Bilingual skills preferred. Physician office
experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT; Sedentary Work - lifting,
carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, including the human
body, weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition
exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of weight frequently
(Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time).
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or
standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing
