2009 Flu Clinics

Our 2009 seasonal flu clinics will be offered during the month of October.

Our 2009 seasonal flu clinic dates are as follows:

October 3
October 7
October 21

Please call our office at 336-788-4664 between 8am and 5pm to make an appointment for a flu shot.

We are currently not able to offer the swine flu vaccination.
