Mocksville - Patient Services Coordinator III, Part time 20 hours/week
THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED
IN MOCKSVILLE, NC
Responsible for all front desk duties, including
greeting patients, check-in, check-out, answering telephone, scheduling
appointments, entering complete and accurate patient demographic and insurance
information into the computer, making charts for new patients, pulling charts,
taking co-payments and other clerical front desk duties as needed in a very busy
family practice. Must demonstrate and practice excellent customer service
skills, be able to multi-task and like working with the public in a fast-paced
environment. Must be a team player and be detail oriented. Must have excellent
verbal communication skills. High school graduate or equivalent. Previous
physician office experience preferred. Medical Manager experience preferred.
Computer experience preferred. Must have good organizational skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT; Sedentary Work - lifting, carrying, pushing,
pulling, or otherwise moving objects, including the human body, weighing up to
10 pounds occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of
the time) and/or a negligible amount of weight frequently (Frequently: activity
or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time). Sedentary work involves
sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods
of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only

Licensed Practical Nurse, PRN, Monday and Wednesday evenings, 5pm-7pm and every other Sunday 1-5pm

MOCKSVILLE, NC
Responsibilities include providing clinical nursing care
for a busy family practice, collecting patient medical history, preparing
patients for exams, assisting providers with procedures, administering
immunizations/injections, phlebotomy, and other nursing duties as
needed/directed. Previous physician office experience preferred. Medical Manager
experience preferred. High school graduate or equivalent. . Must be a graduate
of an accredited nursing program. LPN with current NC license. CPR
certification. Must possess excellent customer relations and interpersonal
skills and willingness to accept challenges and be self-motivated. Must have
excellent telephone skills and communication skills. Must be able to pay
attention to detail and be able to listen and take accurate clinical notes. Must
have the ability to function and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT; Light Work - Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling,
or otherwise moving objects, including the human body, weighing 11-20 pounds
occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently, and/or a negligible amount of
weight constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the
time). Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work.
Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be
rated Light Work: (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant
degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing
and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working
at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of
materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible. NOTE: The
constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace, especially in
an industrial setting, can be and is physically demanding of a worker even
