Responsible for all front desk duties, including greeting patients, check-in, check-out, answering telephone, scheduling appointments, entering complete and accurate patient demographic and insurance information into the computer, making charts for new patients, pulling charts, taking co-payments and other clerical front desk duties as needed in a very busy family practice. Must demonstrate and practice excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and like working with the public in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player and be detail oriented. Must have excellent verbal communication skills. High school graduate or equivalent. Previous physician office experience preferred. Medical Manager experience preferred.
