In addition, you may set up a healthcare and/or dependent daycare account. Many of these benefits are paid with pre-tax payroll deductions.

The Retirement Plus Plan allows you to make pre-tax and after-tax contributions to a 403 (b) account. After one year of service, Novant Health matches $1.00 for every $1.00 the employee contributes, up to 3% of pay. In addition, with our defined contribution retirement benefit, Novant Health makes a contribution to the employee's account based on current pay and years of service.
