High school graduate or equivalent.  One  year demonstrated experience in Medical Records or similar environment. Must be very detailed-oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong organizational skills. Must be able to alphabetize charts promptly and accurately. Experience with organizing, thinning and preparing charts for EMR conversation highly desired.

LOCATION WILL BE IN WINSTON SALEM NC

Clerical Supervisor to assist the Practice Manager and Medical Director in providing on-site leadership and direction for daily operations of the practice. Major job processes include but are not limited to: scheduling staff, human resource support including coaching, counseling, hiring and evaluating staff, educating staff, training and developing staff, entering My Time, investigating and facilitating the resolution of patient complaints, and providing coverage for clerical areas when needed. Qualifications: Bachelor or Associates' degree in related field preferred. Three to five years experience in a physician practice. Experience in a leadership/management role strongly preferred. Ability to work with the Practice Manager and physicians to accomplish practice goals and to assure quality patient care. Experience with Medical Manager System preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills; interpersonal skills, and communication skills. Willingness to take on new responsibilities and expand knowledge in a positive and proactive manner.
