Work in clinical area with team of doctors, mid levels and nurses to ensure smooth workflow for appointment scheduling, patient call backs, charting, referrals, specialist appointments, etc. Answer phones as needed.  High school graduate or equivalent. Physician office experience preferred. Medical Manager experience preferred. Must have excellent telephone skills and good organizational skills. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, and be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Registered Nurse to coordinate and direct the Coumadin Clinic at Salem Family Practice for patients on anticoagulation drug therapy with mid-levels and MDs; and to manage and develop medication refill protocols for patient safety and to enhance office efficiencies. Responsibilities may also include providing clinical nursing care including performing and documenting preliminary exam needs on patients, assisting with examinations, treatments, special tests/procedures, administering medications as directed by physician, performing clinical lab duties, administering immunizations/injections, coding nursing visits, triaging calls and completing physician orders. Reinforce patient education under the direction of physician. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. RN currently licensed in the state of NC. CPR certification. One year of experience in a physician practice environment preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills and be a team player. Must be willing to assist in other areas when time permits.
