Our office hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Convenient Care Clinic is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and on Sunday Noon - 4:30 p.m.

New Patients
To begin using WSHC, you must first select a primary care physician (PCP). Once you have selected a physician, contact the Patient Services Department at WSHC at 718-1011 and notify them of your choice.

To confirm or cancel an appointment call (336) 718-1000 Monday - Friday. If outside the local calling area, the toll free number is 1-888-718-9742.

After Hours Support
Call WSHC at 718-1000 and a nurse determines if you need self-care at home, a future appointment at WSHC, to be seen in the emergency department or to be seen in the Convenient Care Clinic.
