The Medical Resource Management Department consists of case managers and patient educators who provide special services to Reynolds American, Inc. employees and their dependents with chronic conditions, illnesses or injuries. For those with diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease or other serious health problems, we focus on helping them achieve better health.
